The iPhone Wants a Post

Sometimes I think that I post way too many pictures of E on this blog.

But I can't help it.

My readers are probably getting really frustrated with my obsession of the child.

A Week Filled with Balloons!

We celebrated Ethan's first birthday this week.

I took about eight hundred pictures on the day of our celebration.

That was not an exaggerated sentence.

or in other words twelve months, 

or in other words three hundred and sixty-five days with him already!

We Bought a House

For our family home evening activity today,

we bought a house.

And our super awesome, lovely, and cute realtor brought some sparkling cider to our paper signing ceremony.  

(How cute is that?!)

Yes, she is the bestest.

So... we signed over our lives.

Just like that.

And Ethan got a taste of some of the cider too.

He didn't like it one bit.

You know how people say that a house is like a black hole, financially speaking?

I wholeheartedly believe it.

But at the same time I can't stop myself from being excited 

when it comes to decorating and buying new furniture for our own black hole.

So here goes it.

Let the countdown of the balance in our bank account begin!

A Very Sleepy Baby

We had a very sleepy baby at our dinner table tonight.  It was so adorable.  I'm so glad that we caught it on camera so that we can share it with you!  Enjoy and I hope that you have a good week ahead of you :)

p.s.  The red spot on Ethan's nose is a scrape.  He fell on Friday and scraped his nose on the wall.  Poor little baby.  I assure you that it looks worse than it actually is.  We've been calling him Rudolph this weekend.

Blue Eyes Turning Green

We think that this little babe's blue eyes are turning green.  How odd is that?!

p.s.  I have the most beautiful baby in the world.

Haircut #3

Ethan just got a haircut.  This will be his third haircut ever and uh it didn't go so well.  It was so sad but so funny at the same time I couldn't stop laughing.  I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do.  My personal fav is the last one.  Happy weekend!
